Managing Director-Ice Bing Dong(BA,MBA,Chinese-English)is original from Silicon Village-Shenzhen City in Southern China. Ice is an cosmopolitan and professional individual with a wealth of cross-Cultural experience in both of international marketing and educational environments is leading our company to achieve the next higher level goal in the international market. She used to work for Chinese government over the past years resulting in excellent relationship with Chinese authority.

Ice gained her first degree in Economics and Finance in China. In 1998,she gained a further International Accountancy Qualification and her academic career was completed in 2007 with an MBA from Manchester Business School.
