ICE is a management consultant with a strong cross-cultural, commercial and academice background. She is a British Citizen and speaks English and Chinese (native).

ICE gained first degree in Economics & Finance in China. She qualified as an international accountancy since Nov 1993. She  also performed various the financial roles in her time as Accounting Manager in the ShenZhen Nanshan Educational Financial Centre where she worked for 6 years. In Dec 2007, She gained an MBA degree from prestigious university business school in Manchester. 

ICE has worked for various companies in different industrial sectors both as a specialist and an international business manager. She has built  strong relationships with her clients and business partners. In particular, she has thorough knowledge of the local market and good relationships with many local authorities in China. She is well-qualified to help you do business in China efficiently and without risks. 

With her drive, transformational knowledge, ambition and her adventurous spirit, ICE founded the S&M Consultancy Ltd(SMC) in June 2008.
